He is awesome. He was friendly and helpful. He even printed out the information I needed for an issue with my window tinting that was done before I purchased my new car.
Jose was very, nice , not happy with my lemon my third transmission on 58,000 miles. But Jose was very thoughtful and courteous.

Techs found what the problem was with the sonar sensors even though a trouble code did not show up on their computer. Good work!
The man that checked me in and the man that check me out reinstated my faith in Pedder’s Nissan. The man that checked me out explained about the service manager message was just a marketing strategy . I know now to just ignore them and continue to service my car as needed and ask questions regarding possible future repairs.

Service with Antonio was great. One of the best service reps I have encountered. Took the time to explain not only my repairs but also additional repairs I may need in the future such as front brake replacement. That’s a service representative that’s looking out for a customer.

Jose is extremely patient and puts his best foot forward. He definitely empathize with his customers, and that means a lot to many, especially me. He has never told me that he WILL NOT be able to help me, but has always tried to resolve any issues or concerns. Thank You Jose for your knowledge and guidance.
There are a couple things I’d like to suggest. When I came in I didn’t know where I was supposed to go to get my car looked at so I was waiting for the guys to get off the phone. A worker came inside and helped people that came in after I did. I had been there for about 15 minutes at that point. I had my 2 year old granddaughter With me making things a challenge. It would have been nice if the guys on the phones would have at least acknowledged me and told me to sign in or something. The lady should have asked who was there first.

Service is very good and paul was very helpful
I’ve been there 3 times and each time I’ve waited 2 1/2 hours or more for service. When I was quoted 1 1/2 hours. I understand that there are other customers, but there were only 4 ppl in the waiting area. Very frustrating when it takes over an hour longer that what I was told.
