No paper work for records because computer was down. Got a text 2.5 hours after I left with my vehicle telling me it was ready to go. Also was told that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours when I checked in for the oul change even though I had an appointment.

It took 15 minutes for someone to help me after I walked in the door. Nobody in the service area to help except for the initial woman who checked me in. I then waited for 15 minutes along with 5 other customers for help.
