Among the services performed was an oil change. I wasn't sure if what I payed for was actually performed, because the window decal for the next oil change was not placed on the window, had to check the oil and verify it had actually been changed.

It took hrs longer than they originally said. I had my car "fixed" on Friday and here we are on Monday and the problem still exists.
