5 th time the car has been in. The Matt’s promised we’re not complete. For some reason the manager will not call back even after service reps have let him know. I have called him no return call. Service is terrible

Jose's customer service was amazing. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with service at a dealership possibly any customer services industry. He constantly stayed in communication with us. He ensured the warranty company would cover all repair except the deductible. Lastly, knowing I worked in San Diego he offered to stay late so I could pick up a rental from him. Thanks again Jose, I hope you receive a award.
My first time here. I usually go to Temecula but, the upcharging, salesman approaching you wild waiting for your car to be serviced, was all overwhelming. I paid them three times the amount of my parts just for labor! They don’t wash cars, they just want $$ …. Your dealership was amazing, the service I received was amazing, professional and kind. My Car is a 2020 Nissan Sentra the Battery is no good. And your telling me you have no batteries there on back order I’m in Sales this is really hurting me as I can’t keep up with my work and bills.
