Condescending, rude, and not believable.
Everything went well and faster that expected
The service advisor patronized me and belittled me. He attempted to upsell me a service, which he said was required at 30,000 miles. I purchased my vehicle with 27,000 miles at Hardin hyundai and was never told about this service. I have done all of my services at Hardin hyundai, but feel this will be my last visit. I feel it is unfair that I spend 320 on the service he was recommending (hybrid serpentine generator belt). I asked him to verify with the extended warranty to confirm it was not covered several times, but was negligent to make the call. He told me he has been doing this for 7 years and was 99% sure it was not covered. I didn't need him to argue with me. One of the other advisors had to step in and tell him to make the call. He finally made the call, which lasted no more than 3 minutes. I was his first appointment and he had no others waiting, which is why I don't understand why he didn't want to help me.
He was wonderful as always. I actually drive out of my way to Hardin because of him. He is always honest, kind and above all makes sure I am happy before I leave. He is patient and willing to answer any question I throw at him, and believe me I have a lot of questions. That man deserves a raise!

I found matthew to be highly unhelpful and unfocused on customer satisfaction. Probably one of the worst service experiences I've had at Hardin Hyundai.
All of the paper mats (3) were left in the car
The seats and mirrors were all changed and not changed back
The lights were turned off from the automatic setting
Kyle did a great job and I appreciate his service but the
Mechanic working on it should have not moved the settings
And if so but it al back correctly and the floor mats should have been taken out
I work at a mechanic shop and I know that wouldn't have

Leonel was so helpful and greeted me promptly upon my arrival. I appreciate the recommendations he made to keep my car up to par. Excellent service and experience as always.

Matt **** went out of his way to provide excellent service. Me and my brother took 2 cars and he was more than happy to help both of us. He was prompt and had a very positive attitude. He gave us the car back within the promised time frame and helped us get discounts. Me and all my family members definitely love Hardin Hyundai and employees like Matt **** make the servicing process simple and hassle free. Will definitely be coming back to him in the future.
