As soon as I entered the front desk in service department he was welcoming. His attitude was great, and smiles throughout my entire visit. It means a great deal in direct customer support to acknowledge the customer and make them feel comfortable. Great job Mario!

I went into the Service department with a positive mindset that my experience and the manner in which my problems would be resolved would be fair and easy. Neither of these two were the case in my situation because I dealt with a very difficult customer representative by the name of Mario Ramirez. Being the owner of a first time Hyundai and never having had any experience with taking a car in to get serviced, I thought Mr. ****would put me at ease and thoughtfully listen and explain information thoroughly and correctly to me. I was mistaken. In fact his demeanor was passive aggressive and very apathetic. He made m feel guilty for not getting our car serviced there before and at one point I started crying in regards to our car problem because he said we weren't covered with extended warranty to remedy the problem . I'm a stay at home mom with three children , two of which were with me at the time. When I stated to cry he didn't seem to even try to comfort or offer alternative solutions to how I can make situation for my car better. He often glanced at me with a look as if to call me a dunce. After asking him if I can contact the person at the dealership who sold me the vehicle for attaining reassurance that we did in fact have extended warranty, Mr. Mario ****gave me a long story of how attaining what I had on paper or contract would be very difficult and not something that our prior dealer could pull up quickly. After leaving with a bad feeling in my stomach , I got home and called our salesman who had sold us the car. He gladly looked up our information and noticed we did have extended warranty and better explained why we would be possibly charged $115 for the inspection . This person , Mario ****was conventionally not present when my husband and I went to pick up our vehicle after inspection. I could lent be more dissatisfied of how Hyundai owners. Especially being a woman, I felt proud that I could show my toddler boys that I could go into a dealership and take care of business properly and be given the respect I deserve in an industry dominated by men. I can honestly say I will never want to return to Hyundai to have our car serviced just from the experience I encountered that day.

Mario is ALWAYS pleasant to work with. He's knowledgeable, personable, and above all, professional. I see the way he interacts with other customers, and he is very consistent. My wife and I will be coming back in in October to trade in our old van for a new Tucson (we bought our 2015 Santa Fe from you). Looking forward to working with your team and know that our service needs will be taken care of with Mario!

We continually return to Hardin for all our service needs on our Sonata Hybrid because we trust the service staff, and all repairs have been completed within quoted time frames,and completely. In this case, Mario kept us apprised of the status of the repairs, and collaborated with us on the best options for our vehicle.
