I came in for the oil change special with car wash. Kyle was very nice and professional and informed me that I'd just hit my 60k mark and should get a tune-up. So I agreed but asked for the car wash still. He said of course. So 560 later instead of 30, I drove home. I soon noticed the interior hasn't been cleaned at all. When I got home, I noticed that they had also done the worst exterior wash in history. Honestly, I'm glad I got the tune-up but after paying that much, I'd expect a decent car wash, considering it was one of my main reasons for coming in originally. I'm a mom who works full time with 2 kids and 2 dogs... that car wash was important to me! Might sound like a minor complaint, but maybe inform the clients that it's not a full service wash if you're advertising it. Again, no complaints on Kyle. He was great, but yeah.

Lionel did an A job! Managed to get my window replaced, tinted, car cleaned and changed the oil within 3 hours, while the competition could only set an appointment for next week! EXCELLENT customer service!

You have a lot of people working in the service area but they don't pay attention to the customer standing right in front of them. I felt less than special for sure. I also was trying to be sold on an 89.95 service for 7500 miles when I purchased a two year oil change which should've been deducted from the 8995 I had to catch that mistake didn't have it done.
