After having almost 1,000.00 worth of service done on my vehicle, it was returned to me without it being washed.
Richard provides the HIGHEST QUALITY service to his customers. As far as I'm concerned he is TOPS cuz I've had others but NO one tops him. He is a BIG asset to your company.

No. Waiting for 2-1/4 hrs. for a simple oil change is unexceptable! Having and making an appointment a week ahead makes absolutely no sense. Why make an appointment if this how long this will take. I will not be buying any new vehicles or returning for maintenance to this dealership again. Terrible service!
