I had the most terrible expierence at the Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim. We had called previously to get my battery changed and a woman over the phone gave us an estimate. When we had come in they all had no clue who I had talked to and transferred me over to every possible sales associate. They then began to pass the blame on one another due to the fact that they didn't want to honor the price given to me. We were then met with Eric who worked in services on May 11, 2017 at 3:00pm who was the most horrendous person I have ever met. She snapped at me multiple times saying " it wasn't me?? Why do you think it was me?" It reached a point I told her she needed to calm down and we weren't blaming her. Finally, Richard Velasquez was very polite in helping me get the service I required. He saw how rude she was acting and pulled me to the side to help me in this horrible situation. He was the only one who actually just entered my information and helped me out within seconds. UNLIKE your other associates running around with their head cut off trying to find out who gave me the price estimate. Lastly, the customer service was awful and cannot begin to fathom the way Erica, thought it was okay to treat a customer that way with such attitude I have never come in contact with an employee so nasty and rude in my entire life her actions disgusted me and was very unprofessional.
