Richard is one of the reasons I come to harden Hyundai. He is very pleasant to talk to, he knows what he's doing, and is always eager to help. He is one of the reasons I bought my second Elantra at Harden. If he was to go I would be very disappointed.

It would have been better if the windows were cleaned on the inside and if the floors were vacuumed. Also, the mechanic had recommendations. It would have been nice if the costs to do those things were included.
