service is always so fast, friendly & honest. the amount of time i waited was far less than i expected which was so great; i was able to have enough time to get to work with no hestitation of being late .

My vehicle is still in the shop and I am without a car to get to work for the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just very disappointed about the recall issue with my engine. Mario is just doing his job bit my car still at the dealership. I dont have a credot card dor a rental and they will not give me loaner even though I financed my car through them

Matthew was very nice but when I told him I was having transmission problems he told me I needed to make another appointment. I totally get that but I would think he would have wanted to make that appointment while I was standing there. He did not offer nor did he offer again when he walked me to my car when they were done with my oil change.
Although I appreciated the car wash, if that's what you call it, I would rather them not rinse my car off at all. It was worse than when I brought it in. When I got it back, it was still wet and wasn't wiped down and once it dried my windows were very streaky like someone had tried to wipe them down.
A friend of mine used to take her new Hyundai to this dealership and finally gave up on the service here. She recommended I move over to Tustin. I will say that I'm considering that....
Great service quick and thorough
Matt was so helpful at quickly diagnosing the problem and getting us in and out - especially since we had been in the day before and were a little frazzled. When he saw the warning light, he quickly ran through a couple of diagnostics and showed us that a tire was going flat because we picked up a nail after leaving the dealership! So they quickly repaired the tire and we were soon on our way. Thank you to Matt and the service staff that supported him and us.
