When the service department was unable to identify the problem with our car, the service manager, Eric, was rude to me basically telling me I was stupid and was making things up -- As though I would purposely spend the greater part of my day while on vacation having my car towed and sitting around in a service center or waiting around while the rest of my family enjoyed the day. Had he said "We're sorry, we couldn't pinpoint the trouble at this time. Take it back to your dealer." I could live with that. But to be treated like a fool is unacceptable. There is no excuse for rude behavior. I was very disappointed because he'd been very nice about making the appointment to let us tow the car in for service.
He was on the ball sufficient and kept me updated
