The experience was great and not stressful in the least. Mike Tarpley did a wonderful job taking care of us, and making it his personal mission to find a reason for the issue. Despite the fact the issue still has yet to be fixed, the service team did not make it a stressful time at all.

Car wasn't supposed to be left over weekend. Never got that call that it needed more time. The department closed and I had no idea. I could have at least gotten a call so I could rent a car.
