I was a GM mechanic for 40 years, and all that time, our service department never let any customer wait over an hour for a oil change ,customer waiter,the 4 times I,been in for a oil change, I been waiting for over 2 hours, and you don't wash the vehicles either, as for the writer she was polite ,she did text me & had my paperwork ready. PS, what labor rate book are you getting for the labor rates, The reason I am asking cause I wanted some other work done , but I was quoted way to high labor rates for said repairs. Thank you.
