Never received status.. had to call at 4:30 to check. Steering adjustment was not fixed or even looked at although requested. Now we have to come back.

Angelo always goes above and beyond. Because my car has a matte paint, he made sure when they washed it, they only rinsed it with water and blow dried it, without ever touching the paint. There’s no one I trust more than him to handle our cars. He’s the best.

Unfortunately, My car was not washed or vacuumed and cleaned on the inside when I picked itup after service. I use to have a Lexus and the cleaning of the car was perfect. Not so much at Mercedes.
