A few things: a sizable rag was left on the front passenger seat. In time of COVID, I don't appreciate that. Also, cost of rotor, sensor, pads abt twice that of brake specialists in the area. I've been a loyal customer but I'm not happy abt a 100% markup and it may influence my next purchase, as I'm about to buy another car. Not the first time I have felt that Service isn't quite as trustworthy as I would like.

Car wash washed but not clean when I picked it up. Would have liked for it to really be clean without ash dust covering the entire car. Steven said ash does not damage the paint. This is wrong. He is lying and not reliable.
Would like loner car agreement specified upon pickup. Gas was not full and expected to be full upon return. I should not be responsible for filling gas I did not use.
Steven was not knowledgeable about the work done. He was not able to point out what was done. Needed the service technician to show this.

Brittany is a great asset to your business. She took the time through out the day to keep me informed and when I had questions she responded almost immediately. I have been going to what was RAB and now Mercedes of Marin for 30 years and I am so impressed with her customer service. She has also been like this on my previous visits.
