Angelo went above & beyond in every way. He returned my calls (2) almost immediately and made certain all was not just “to” my satisfaction, all was truly beyond. Case in point: he had 3 small nicks in the paint touched up for me at no charge. That level of customer service most assuredly leaves a damned good impression on the customer! And of course the work performed (B Service plus (4) new tires) seems top notch. It is for these reasons I choose to keep coming back to Marin, despite the fact I live in the East Bay.

Check in was a little delayed with the guys that we’re checking people in at the drive up area but that was not her fault. The Computer system wasn’t working properly.

Traci is amazing. She has helped me through a difficult situation of my car having major repairs and it’s only 7 years old! What?!? Even I can’t believe it. Here I thought when I was buying a Mercedes I’d have at least 10 years on it. Now I need to figure things out and Traci was very empathetic to my situation.
