Dominic was great- professional, courteous, and easy to reach for any questions. I home, however, very disturbed by Mercedes persistent failure to replace defective airbags in my C 300. This is, of course, not within Dominic's control. But I sure do hold Mercedes responsible

Dominic was terrific - just perfect. There was some lack of coordination between the detail and service dept. took longer than usual to get my car. Hardly devastating. Driver of shuttle was also so sweet!! I'll be back.
