Tony kept me CONSTANTLY apprised of the progress of my service and installation of GPS which took longer than the day long process we originally estimated. Appreciated having the loaner. TONY WAS VERY ACCOMODATING not the leadt was including a last minute request to add smog check to the original planned service visit.
Tony was very thorough and informative. He explained the issues in details and kept me updated and took care of everything in a timely manner.
I am more than pleased with his service .

Everything was good except for the wait when I arrived. I was told there was one customer ahead of me and it would be 10 minutes. It was longer than 10 minutes. Once I sat with Angelo he did his best to get me out quickly, but the total time there was about 40 minutes. I did not expect it to take so long and was late to a meeting. If I need to allow that much time to drop off in the future, it would be nice to know in advance. Other than that, everyone is extremely friendly.
Mark Greenblat is the consummate professional. He is always friendly and responsive. MB of Marin is very fortunate to have Mark working for them.
