this is not regarding a service but a post delivery lack of followup from the Sales person Carlos Marianos. One of the keys was missing a key blade and he promised us to send us all pertinent signed documents, or copies of such. We also do not know if a formal application to DMV to obtain new plates etc.. The original transaction was August 21,2017 and after 4+ phone calls to Carlos, he finally asked the Parts department to mail the key blade, today, two months later. We do not have a new registration nor plates. NO FOLLOWUP despite numerous phone calls . The excuse was always "I am not in the office today". Not sure about when he actually works in the office? Our wife leased a new wagon from MB Walnut Creek with much more responsive sales and service team. We were originally very happy with the initial transaction but the lack of followup after sales regarding pertinent issues is disappointing.
