When I made appointment 1/2 day was necessary for 2 recalls. When I met with service, 30-60 minnecessary unless roof rails failed. I made pre-arrangements for ride. Shouldn’t the scheduler know time necessary? My ride was accomodating but for my first visit, I don’t trust scheduler.

Mary was great in getting my car connected by Bluetooth and keeping me abreast of the service. The standard message you sent me the day of my appointment saying it was 7:50 scared me because I wasn’t up ate hat time

Mark is very professional and helpful. He always asks if I'd like coffee or water. This time he went out of his way to make sure I got the key I ordered and even gave me a cool Mercedes key chain. I couldn't ask for better service from Mark. The only glitch was that the service department took an hour to get our car to us, after we'd been told the car was ready to be picked up. My husband, who is diabetic and I had delayed our lunch because we thought it would be a matter of minutes. My husband became quite ill due to the long, long wait. This happened on a Saturday, when Mark wasn't working. The dealership must have been understaffed.
