When I have questions about the GTS, not the most common car, I get legitimate answers. Granted, Thomas was a technician for 12 years before becoming a service advisor, but I have always received straightforward answers, Regardless of whom I ask. Thank you for that.

Thanks to Thomas and prior to that Alex for lining up the service appointment and loaner car when we had trouble with the car while traveling up I-5 and had no where else to go. Really helped us out of a bind. We called all dealers between Kettleman City and San Rafael and the dealer in Wlanit City, Pleasanton, and San Francisco did not offer any help. Will post a great review about the good service we received from Mercedes of Marin.
