It was a pleasure working with Mark. He is very knowledgeable about Mercedes products and he answered all of my questions clearly and completely. He also made recommendations on future repairs to my car that I greatly appreciated. From the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone was welcoming. Mark was very professional and polite. When I arrived home, it felt like I had visited a spa! The experience with Mercedes-Benz was on the highest level as usual!

All the service done to my car was great, I’m luding the seat that you fixed for me which was very appreciated! Although, my car was returned to me with two scratches on my leather steering which were not there prior to the service. I contacted Robert to see what he could do for me. Thank you for everything else!

You guys need to back off of the survey questions. It’s annoying, it’s way too much, and it taints the positive experience we have at the service center/showroom. STOP with all the **** god damn surveys if you really want to provide an excellent experience. And yes, you can call me to discuss this!!!!

Zero communication about car status. Any update given Were initiated by me calling in and usually did not receive an answer. The day that my car was ready I called in and was told that it was ready. Service took almost 2 weeks.
