He was professional and friendly. Unlike the gentlemen who gave me my loaner he was stuffy. He did not smile or introduced himself. It did not seem he like his job.
They took off my front license plate (for some reason) and they still need to find it and put it back on my car.

All the service done to my car was great, I’m luding the seat that you fixed for me which was very appreciated! Although, my car was returned to me with two scratches on my leather steering which were not there prior to the service. I contacted Robert to see what he could do for me. You guys need to back off of the survey questions. It’s annoying, it’s way too much, and it taints the positive experience we have at the service center/showroom. Zero communication about car status. Any update given Were initiated by me calling in and usually did not receive an answer. The day that my car was ready I called in and was told that it was ready. Service took almost 2 weeks.
