Tony was great - good communication and very helpful. For the second time in a row, I was told my car was ready and when I arrived it was not ready and needed to be washed. In fact both times, I had to ask after waiting 15-20 minutes if my car was lost. I feel like a B customer because I have a B-Class. I am sure it is not intentional but I feel like a second class customer as I watch people with more expensive cars come after me and leave before I do.
This was a make up car clean for a problem with the last service .
No one called me to inform me that my car wouldn’t be finished in one day. Finally I called and said a day and half later I need my car we are leaving for a road trip in the afternoon. I was as told I could come pick it up. I waited almost two hours because no one could find the car and then they couldn’t Find the car keys.
He was outstanding as usual!

We got a call telling us our car was ready. But when I went to pick it up, the paperwork was lost. I stood there waiting while other customers behind me were being served. I counted- 4 of them all had their paperwork ready and waiting. I didn’t seem like anyone knew anything about my car. It left a really bad impression.

Although they shop couldn't determine the root cause of the break, Tony did an excellent job ensuring they did a thorough job and kept me well informed of the results.
The dealership previously returned the SL after service clean. I think the car was dirtier than when I brought it in. Not sure why but I think that’s the second time out of three repairs ($6,000+) that it’s happened so I’m not sure what to think.
Justin provided excellent service. I was delighted with Mercedes Benz San Rafael.
1) someone personally answered the phone when I was connected to the service department.
2)service was supportive of my dilemma. Traveling on my way to a funeral with a battery light warning.
3) reception was fast, knowledgeable and prepared for my appointment. My lease records were already available saving more time.
4) Jason checked in on me with an update at least every 30 minutes.
I have to say it is never fun waiting for service for your car. However, when my car was returned all clean and running perfectly I felt very safe and ready to hit the road!
