I already spoke with Angelo about this so he knows. The squeak was fixed in the door of my 300C. However, the trunk opener button was disconnected and is just flapping. Usually your service is impeccable, but not this time.
Eliseo once again took care any service issues that arose from the front desk. Due to his knowledge and commitment to the customer service, he was able to diffuse a difficult situation caused by the front desk staff and make his customer happy. I know I can always count on Eliseo when I come to Mercedes.
Mark was great to work with but had a slight issue with car pickup. My service was completed on the morning yet my vehicle wasn't washed before pick at 3:30pm. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the car wash instead so declined out of needing to get through traffic.
Jason was great but the mechanic did not reset the service alert so every time I start car the alert for a "B7" tune-up comes on and stays on. Very annoying.
