For just a normal service where they could have just confirmed my mobile number and sent me on my way, they kept me waiting 25 minutes even with two requests to management for someone to work with me as I had someone waiting for me. Once I finally saw the service advisor, it was literally for ten seconds and only to confirm my mobile number. This didn’t seem resiectcul ofvmyvtjne,

This time when I picked up my car it had been test driven almost 150 miles to prevent a reoccurance of the problems we were having. I picked up the car empty, no gas, and felt stressed out about the signals that appeared as soon as I reached the freeway entrance. It would be helpful if one was made aware of the gas situation before driving away. Mercedes is not responsible for filling the car, but I would have gladly had them refuel it and paid.
