Upon arrival to pick my car up after service, (mind you, I’m driving back and forth from San Francisco) the car was to be detailed. The detail was pretty awful. There were still bug guys on the hood, dust in the door seals and shampoo that I had explained spilled in the back was also still there. It was clear that the carpets hadn’t been shampooed and that the car really just had a sort of ok car wash. I pointed that out to Angelo and he was quick to make sure the car went back for a proper detail. I got back in the loaner car and headed back to SF. I was told I’d get a call today and my car would be delivered to me.....I’m still waiting on that call??? So, so far, I guess I haven’t been too impressed. Angelo was great, however because clearly none of this was his fault.
The experience was top notch from beginning check in to Check out for service.. Excellent
I presented two issues. A noise which was hard to describe or identify that was giving me significant concern. Tony and the team found a failed transmission support/mount and the issue was solved.
A radio volume controller has failed but not consistently. Tony had onenof the Team take the car long enough ie overnight with my permission to find the problem and they and made the fix and an upgrade. 10! Out of 10.
Angelo is a great man, I do my service there because Angelo is there.... alexi was great too ????????Thank you ????????
