I know a lot had to do with the holidays but communication was poor. And it took way too long for my car to get done, although I was very appreciative you had a loaner. Also overcharged on a diagnostic and it has still not been corrected. Only 30 bucks, but still I’d like my 20 bucks. Not my best experience with you guys!
