Great service from Eliseo. He understood my frustration with the delays due to MB errors ie., MB did not order the windshield ahead of time which resulted in the service taking 8 days instead of 2.

Not completely. I had ordered the little Mercedes lights that light up the ground when you open the front doors. My salesperson David Ramsey (no longer employed there) had called me and told me they were in. They were supposed to be less than 200.00. That's what he quoted me. When I picked up the car,they weren't installed. Then I noticed on another page a quote was 418.50. That's more than double what I was quoted before. And they didnt even bring it up even though the part had come in. That's just bad customer service. I was very disappointed. At this point I don't want them unless they are no charge. They also had to keep my car overnight which wasn't discussed until we got there. Yes they supplied me with an uber but I was still without any car. They said there were no loaners available. How is that? Weve had Mercedes prior to this one and that's never happened. However I do love my car. Regards, Linda G
