I did ask for a car wash and was told the car would be washed thoroughly.
It was absolutely filthy I have photos to prove it this is not the standard of care that we normally receive.
We do come often to get the car washed and most of the time we have an excellent experience, this time I don't know what happened?
Mr. Penske himself was actually in the store perhaps people were paying more attention to him than to the car.

The car we have is so beautiful and has white interior we asked several people how to clean this because we want to make sure that we're taking great care of the car.
A new person who was very kind also did walk me back to the service area but they weren't sure what product to use.
I would appreciate more detailed information on how to keep the seats clean and in great condition.
