Eliseo is the reason I come to Mercedes of Marin. He is professional, friendly and thorough. I feel like I am been taken care of, not advantage of. I have enjoyed been a customer here for 15 years. My next chapter in life is an Airstream and I am selling my car and traveling cross country for the next year or so. If I settle back in the Bay Area, I am sure I will come back to a Mercedes If Marin. Great service!!!

Angelo was very nice and great to work with, easy to get a hold of. I was Surprised that by 3:00pm they had not even started the detailing and sealing of my seats that I was Primarily there for. Knowing that takes 4 hours as I was Told at 9:30am I would Have thought that would have been first. The latch on the trunk was a minor problem to me and I said That at drop off. Unfortunately I was Not able to get the sealing done because I needed my car back that evening and had not expected this go into the next morning. So I will Have to bring the car back. Just as an additional side note and I understand This part can be hard but I dropped Off a GLS 450 so obviously I have A bigger car for a reason. I was Given as a loaner a tiny sport car that I could Barely get the car seat in. Just a note that it might be nice to be given a similar size car to what you drop off. Maybe this already is what you guys try to do and today this was all that was left. I really Do appreciate the loaner so it’s not a complaint as much as a suggestion. Thanks so much!
