Traci was exceptional in solving a car issue and I could not be more satisfied. What was the beginning of an extended visit with our grandchildren could have gotten off to a horrific start. As importantly, everyone at the dealership was incredibly courteous and friendly.

Tony was great.....but your online service requesting system gets an “F”. I had reserved a time and then went on line to change the time and date of the service and loaner car. When I arrived there was no record of the appointment. Toni arranged for an Uber ride home for me and squeezed the service in anyway despite the fact that it was not in the books.

It required your shop 3 days to replace a break light bulb. The car was release but the break light was still out
