Angelo is siesta very professional. Robert Kane jumps in and handles everything .... he delivered the loaner car.... and the next day handled the cashier job. I recognize his wonderful attitude jumping in and taking care of customers when no one else is around.

Wanted to say making an appointment for servicing was rather frustrating. The person who called was unfamiliar with MB staff such as Eliseo and me and with my vehicles. I’m used to interacting with staff that is friendly, familiar with my vehicles, and treats me more like family. Your staff who sets up appointments is lacking the quality MB used to have. As a long standing customer, please go back to that family feeling.

Normally we are thrilled with the service but this time we spent half a day driving to the dealership and waiting two hours and nothing was fixed as the wrong part was ordered. We didn’t expect this from a first class vehicle and dealership. Bummer!
