This was my first experience at Mercedes of Marin. I am not abut customer but would be happy to return and give what business I have. Love my E 350! Service is very important to me and will jump brands just for good service.
Traci did a great job with explaining and processing forms for my car service. However, I waited a bit longer than usual at the cashier to pay my bill and collect the vehicle. The receptionist spent too much time helping the customer who arrived before me. There should be 2 people at the cashier.

Tony took extra time with me to explain some of the basic features and functions of my E 350 (which I’m embarrassed to admit were still a mystery to me after five years of ownership). It is a pleasure to work with him every year at my annual maintenance appointment.

Two days after my car got serviced the same light reappeared and now I have to bring the car in again. This is a huge inconvenience for me.
This is the singular worst customer service experience we have ever had, barbnone. So bad we are thinking of never purchasing another Mercedes again after 25+ years of devoted ownership. This was ABUSIVE.
Car dropped off Thursday at 4:30 and not checked in until I called Friday at 4:30 to see if it was done
