There was no follow up once I left the car and I had no idea when or what might be the pick up arrangements I called repeatedly and it took quite a while to get through to Mercedes Service. I believe Mercedes needs to work on his service department and make significant changes

Noah was professional and very attentive to my needs and request, she answered my questions, gave me a very helpful tour of my loaner Mercedes. Noah followed up with me in a timely manner letting me know my Mercedes would be ready the next morning. She called me the next morning at the time I asked her to so I could make it to the dealership and get to work on time. Noah is a great addition to Mercedes of Marin. I am happy to have her for my advisor. She make the whole experience feel special.
