Things went as expected today except that the vehicle was not finished and ready for pick up when estimated upon drop off. This was for an E service on a 2006 ML 500. It was dropped off at 9:30 am and ready for pick up at 3:45. One small hour grease of my starter gear was also done. I did appreciate Eliseo giving me a heads up at 1:30 that the car had not made it through the service then and running behind.
