Replacing the passenger air bag sensor was insanely expensive and disturbing that it needed to be done at all. I like Steven very much. He’s honest and straightforward. I’m disappointed in MBz . An 8 year old car should not require entire airbag system to be replaced.

The car wash was backed up so the loaner car assigned to me wasn’t able to be cleaned before my arrival time. I said I’d look at it to see if it was ok, but it was much too dirty. I then went away for an hour and Traci made sure it was cleaned before I returned. After that all went very smoothly.
