Same great experience as usual. No BS, honest advisory from Mr. Wong. He always has solid answers to my questions that don’t seem deflective or condescending like I’ve had with other advisors. And if he doesn’t have answers he doesn’t give BS, he finds information and gets back to me.

Had a scheduled appointment- then when I got to dealership - the appointment was now a longer wait time - yes a loaner car was offered but that made me go and come back - I think they should of called in advance and rescheduled
This was my first visit on my new car - was not pleased. Your dealership has always been top notch service! The personal touch has went away - from the time I drive up - it lacks and sure don’t feel the personal touch anymore.
It was disappointing- plus I had no choices - and I also had to pay for gas - I didn’t want that extra expense - if I would of been called it could have been handled better. I have been coming to your dealership for many years!!! Over 15 years …
