I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Mr. Kelly Yang. He explained the long wait and ordered an Uber to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I’m very happy I bought my car at Longo Toyota.
The amount of time that it took for the tire service was a little long but I did get my 2 tires and 2 tire sensors replaced along with a wheel alignment. It was over three and a half hours when I finally pulled out of Longo’ s driveway.
I received a charge on my credit card of $24 that I don’t know the reason it was charged. Description shows CT Longo Lexus Transport.
I paid close to $300 that day and returned the loaned vehicle with fuel and no scratches within 24 hours of receiving the call that my car was ready for pickup. Why was a charged a fee? I’ve been doing my service at Longo for many years and have used the loaner service multiple times so this was an unexpected surprise.
Robin Ho did excellent work - he is always professional knowledgeable friendly and great follow up. Robin is a asset to the longo team .

Fast organized and efficient. This is very important to me since I have a very heavy daily schedule and taking care of family requires a reliable vehicle in case of emergencies. Getting my car serviced at Longo Lexus was great cause I was provided a courtesy car while mine was getting serviced. This adds to the peace of mind!
