Receiving a damage part 3 separate times was frustrating and was not a good experience. However, in dealing with David and the Longo team I felt they understood and did eveverything they could to rectify the situation and improve customer satisfaction. Shipment damage was not good but Longo was great.
Robin kept me informed and was very helpful with all my questions.
