Robin Ho, my goodness his absolutely phenomenal like always. He always took such a good cares of me & I am 100000000% percent so very happy & satisfied with his excellent hard work. For instance before I take the vehicle in I phoned him several times & even though his busy or at his break time he absolutely answered my calls & very polite great manner. His on top it everything & his the best. Because of him i already recommended my brother in law & my brother to Longo Lexus they brought Lexus before the Coronavirus started. The service agent was great and was very helpful. He even offered us a rental vehicle or uber while we waited for the service. I wasn’t expecting that. They really went above and beyond. They also promised that my car will be ready in 2hrs but they got it done in 1hr 25 mins. So they were on point!
