My car was turned in to me very dirty inside on the driver side, looked like someone stepped on mod and brought inside , also the driver door where you grab the door to closed was all full of oil , it’s a red interior car and i knew inmedialy was the mechanic hands . I call the lady that was there , called the manager as well and she said to have it clean by someone and call her to turn in my receipt, I m very disappointed Lexus IS a very expensive car for the mechanic no to take care in the inside . I order leather and soap cleaner to do it myself which I need to summit for reimbursed..

I’m in the middle of fixing dinner! I have been working with Man Wong
for years....literally. He is straight forward, always gives me good information
and never has a problem answering my questions. I trust him and his knowledge
of whatever current situation we are addressing. Also I’d like to add that Alex,
the driver who dropped off my loaner was very helpful. He made sure I knew
some of the differences between the two cars so I could drive more safely,
snd was pleasant and helpful the whole time he was here. Alex also answered a
few questions for me as well. Both men were accommodating, helpful and polite.
