I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jennifer and Bob the foreman. My only concern is that it’s always crowded,..and the wait for a loaner can be up to 45 mins from standing in line to driving off in the loaner. At Rusnak it’s instant and the documentation gathering is 5 mins.

Mr. Kelly Yang was rude and short he did not explain to me that Mr. Beau Ly Was at lunch so I waited for about an hour and a half and asked Mr. Yang what the status was on my car and he just simply said your chart is over there now. Need I say more! Dr Ofelia L

I will request Man Wong each tine I need servicing. He took his time to explain what my car needed and he was very thorough. When my car was ready, he sent a text message and followed up with a call to my cell letting me know the status of my car. I was very pleased with his customer service!
