waiting a half hour to drop off the car for servicing seems too long for me, not sure how you could improve it as you as so busy but it needs to be reconfigured.
service part went well, but was disappointed that they couldn't replace the damaged tire, just patched it and called it good. Doesn't seem like a good solution for myself who bought the tire protection plan

My son was unable to pick me up and the service rep got me an Uber free of charge. Made it convenient for me. Also my car was washed which I was happy about. I love next to Cerritos and there is a Lexus dealership close to me but I am happy going farther to Longo because I feel the customer service is better. Thank you

I appreciate that the engine bay was cleaned. Uber back was nice due to leather seats. Diagnostic fee gone. Just wished my car was kept in the garage since I didn’t opt in for the car wash and it rained. There’s a lot of water spots.
