I am very satisfied with the services I have gotten at Longo. Mr James Palmer was very courteous and professional, followed by an explanation of every services needed to be performed. More importantly, social distant was practiced at the dealership and services was completed within the time promised. Looking forward to my next service requirements. Peter L

I specifically asked the service tech Edgar to have the mechanic look at my back shocks when the initial maintenance service was complete. I asked Edgar if the mechanic noticed anything with the back shocks and he said no. Made other recommendations such as the timing belt and radiator replacement. He said he can get a 10% discount with the Manager but it did not happen. Then calls me back again to let me know that there is a tiny oil leak where the timing belt was at...how could he have known when we just talked about doing the timing belt? It seemed contrived but I went forward because I started to sense that he would do damage to my car. So the cost is mounting, I called on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to see when my car was ready and edgar text me on Wednesday to call him on his cell phone and he told me that my back shock need to be replaced.. then he told me that my car wont be ready to pick up until Thursday. I called the dealer back and spoke to Kelly Yang and he told me that my car was ready for pick up on Wednesday.I told edgar from the beginning that the shocks needed to be looked at but he waited till i went forward with the other services then while he is at home to let me know and that he can get additional discounts on the shock replacement.how is he discussing discounts with managers when he is at home not at work and he is calling me? Very unprofessional, he did not seem focused, its hard to tell if I received the services that I paid for...call me
