Upon arrival the service advisor & concierge desk were confused about whether or not my car was ready. Neither knew were my paperwork was. The concierge desk had to find/look & reprint. As I stood waiting for communication in the process, I kindly asked if the service advisor knew what was going on. She replied "I'm moving as fast as I can". I simply stated I just wanted to be informed & communication was necessary since I had a loaner car outside i had informed the valet not to take in case the car wasn't ready so I could return home.

A basic service took too long. Had to wait almost three hours at the dealership for a simple service which only includes tire rotation and inspection of fluid levels.
