When I came to your garage by Uber to pick up my repaired car, I was waited by your receptionist and David for a long time! Absolutely, bad service! Not suitable for Lucy car like Lexus.

Service rep was not trying to understand customers perspective. Robin was defensive when it came to an inquiry on the possibility of extending complimentary maintenance due to non-use of car during COVID times. And when it came to repair of non standard item on my certified Longo Lexus...Robin gave excuses instead of listening to the customer. The non standard item was. It identified in my car when purchased from Longo...the dealer should still be responsible for its serviceability, especially when it is a safety issue!!!!
