Mr. Palmer was very professional and communicative on the status of our vehicle. When he realized my ability to get our car was delayed in my getting someone to take me to pick it up. He arranged for an Uber driver to come get me. And the experience with the Uber driver was very positive. Appreciate Mr. Palmer’s extra effort and sensitivity to my situation.

Brought my car in because the tire pressure light is on but ended up did not even get a diagnosis of what happened after spending the initial $175 diagnosis fee. I was suggested to pay additional $525 for the reason of "more diagnosis time needed". It's a bit struggle and made no sense to me because it essentially costs $700 for diagnosis of the tire pressure light problem? I have a problem with that. The service rep is cordial and polite, and he explained to me the $525 will go towards the repair. And the problem is likely be the rodent or something. I have no knowledge but he could not help me further.I think the service system is wrong. Too costly to get a not so serious problem fixed... I am sorry. I shared my experience with friend/family and they all have the similar feeling as mine.

Service adviser like Edgar Anzaldo is what really **** back at Longo for service despite services are more expensive than other dealers. He makes you feel and treat like a family not just like a Longo client that is good for business.
