My experience having my car service at Longo was great from beginning to end. Each and every person that I came in contact with displayed great customer service. And David was just awesome he kept me informed regarding every detail of my planned service. Although Longo is a little distance from my home location which there are at least two closer I will definitely be returning to Longo for all my service and parts need. It is very disappointing as a loyal 11 year customer who completed all oil changes and major services at your service department, that the service manager would not consider extending an extra discount/honoring of competitor coupon on the work I had done (changing of both OEM lights, headlamp restoration,oil change, etc). This is not the first incident when I have been declined, and it was frustrating to hear the same “no” year after year. This feedback has no reflection on Mr. David Parada; He provided excellent customer service and I appreciate his help. I WAS considering buying my next Lexus there with the intention of continuing my car services, but I honestly do not see ANY incentive. I understand this is a business and money needs to be made, but also think about how even a few discounts would encourage my loyalty and longevity as a customer. Sincerely, Jennifer O
