Man was very quick and efficient in handling our tire problem. He also suggested that we could get our chrome rims repaired as we had insurance for that. Everyone that we have interacted with @ Longo over the years have been professional, courteous and helpful.

Edgar was very helpful, making sure I was taken care of to get a loner car and explained the new car care program. He was also kind enough to replace the battery on my extra key. I came back to Longo Lexus ( we had moved away for 10 years) as we always got great service from Longo Lexus and am pleased that you have not changed!
